LEAVES

I think one of the things I miss most about South Carolina, besides the people there, is FALL! We talked yesterday about how much the kids miss going to Pa's farm and playing in the leaves! So since the was no rain here for almost a week (a miracle - it rains all the time here!) We raked up all the leaves, jumped in our little pile, threw them up in the air, and got a few good pictures!

Even Ayden had a great time!

Katelynn thought she could sweep the leaves up!

Zach did the real work, raking all the leaves!

Pumpkin Patch

It was time again for the annual trip to the pumpkin patch. Bi-zi farms - here we come! Chris was working for I loaded up the 3 kids and off we went. Austin was not feeling his best, recovering from bronchitis, but he was a trouper sitting in the stroller most of the time. We even strolled Austin through the corn maze - what a muddy mess!

At the end of our visit, we all enjoyed a nice warm cup of hot chocolate!
Zach and Katelynn's favorite part was the hay-bale pyramid! They had so much fun climbing up and down and trough all the tunnels! Austin and I enjoyed sitting and watching them!
Too cute!

The guys in my life really can clean!!

We have this crazy empty space above our hall closet and the bottom of the stairs! My children have decided it is a great place to fly paper airplanes and throw small balls. Well enough is enough! Chris finally decided it was time to clean it off!

PUMPKIN!

Chris brought us a kitten home this past Sunday! It is funny the first part of our marriage I was the one bringing animals home, a bunny and 2 kittens. Now it is Chris bringing home the animals, a dog and now a kitten. We left its name Pumpkin, since Zach has a habit of naming animals odd names.

My Garden!

After digging my own garden last year after Chris broke his arm, I was a little sad that we didn't have a garden place at our new home. Well, I planted my garden in pots! My friend Melissa (lives a few houses away) and I had our own "pot garden" We had tomatoes and peas that we enjoyed! The squash and cucumbers did not do well. We will try again next year. I did have a few pretty flowers!
